NDIS
The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.
NDIS support participants to connect with doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries, schools and more.
Vicare provide support service to help our client with all their daily living needs including in-home support and out-home support.
Our Occupational therapist provide professional assessment and strategies. OT support helps participants and the loved one to achieve a better life goal.
TAC Home service
Nothing worse than being alone after motor accident. TAC Victoria aims to help those accident victims get their life back on track after transport accident.
TAC require home service provider to be registered before they can provide support.
Under the TAC guidance, Vicare provide support to our client to manage their home tasks, no out-of-pocked costs.
Commonwealth Home Support Programme
As you get older, everyday tasks can become more difficult. Even though you need help, you may still want to live at home. Asking for help doesn’t mean losing your independence or moving out of your home.
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians access entry-level support services to live independently and safely at home.
CHSP works with you to maintain your independence rather than doing things for you.
To be eligible for this program, you must be aged:
- 65 years or older (50 years or older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people), or
- 50 years or older (45 years or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), on a low income and homeless, or at risk of being homeless.
